Week 2-3: Sugar Transition - Part 1

Week 2-3 Coaching:
In the second week of the WILDFIT 90 Challenge there are still three coaching calls on the Monday, Wednesday and the Friday. As you progress on your WILDFIT journey we want to be their to support you and ensure that you are not over-whelmed and there to answer any/all questions you may have.
In Week 3 the coaching calls move to Monday and Friday's and remain that way for the duration of the WILDFIT 90 program.

During these two weeks, you’ll train your body to love eating only whole, unprocessed foods. This is an another amazing WILDFIT 90 transformation story of a client and good friend Chris.
Chris's life long dream was to learn to fly, and then own, a helicopter. When learning to fly a helicopter Chris had two options: The R22 or the R44.
